This was part of a discussion on LM_NET several weeks ago & one thing I remember is that someone suggested using hot-glue to glue on the little disks. They said the covers could then still be removed (with a little effort) for cleaning, as hot glue isn't as permanent as super glue. Something I would try is configuring your keyboard (as per your manual) to move the cursor instead of having to use mouses. Since mouses are a priviledge, making the kids use the "klunky" keyboard for several weeks should get the message across. When you re-install the mouses, state that they will be removed again when the first ball disappears. Peer pressure may figure in this to keep the mouse intact. ****************************************************** * Debbie Collier Orange Grove Elementary * * Librarian & Houston, Texas * * "Resourceress" COLLIE@TENET.EDU * ******************************************************
