IRS URL

It's that time of year when all thoughts turn to the IRS.  The IRS has a
web site where you can get information on filing your taxes, you can email
any questions you may have (I don't know about response time), and you can
download forms and print them.  I just tried it and it worked.  You must
have a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat in order to decode the forms.

The URL is http://www.irs.ustreas.gov.
