TECH: help with claris & posting hit???

Dear LM_Netters,
  Can someone please send me simple and detailed instructions for posting a hit
without having to retype everything everyone sent me??  I have a Mac with
Claris 4.0.  I have tried to save all the responses into a claris word
processing folder (which I can do), then editing out the  unnecessary "stuff"
but that's as far as I can get.  I am not very tech literate, so please be
_very_ basic and leave in _all_ the steps!!  Thanks so much. (Also, send
