        I work at Huey Elem in Wichita Falls, TX and this is our fourth
year of SFA.  Our entire staff and student body absolutely love SFA.  Our
reading scores (state test) have come up approximately 40 points in that
time.  It is a very structured program and everyone has to buy into it.
If everyone gets excited about it and stays focused then it will be
successful.  I also can't stress enough how important the role of
facilitator is.  We have a fantastic one - she never stops - I think she
runs on Energizer batteries!!
        Another thing that is nice - there are NEVER any discipline
problems during the SFA time block (8:15 - 10:20).
