Gr. 6 classes wanted state-wide

Woops!  I meant country-wide!
A 6th grade social studies teacher at my middle school is setting up a project
with her students in order to increase their awareness of the expanse of our
country and the differences and similarities that exist from one state to the
next.  She would like each of her 50 students to pose questions to a class (or
two) from each of the 50 states.  The questions will help her students get a
sense of the geographic, political, cultural, etc. differences and similarities
that abound.  These students will also be learning about the Internet and
telecommunications.
   If you have a sixth grade class and would like to communicate with us for a
brief period through the month of March and early April, please contact me at

We will want the students asking and answering the questions, --and we would be
most happy to answer your questions about New Hampshire.

If we get numerous responses from a state, we will have the students choose the
community which interests them at this time.
