insanity plea:Hatch,Trapnell,Miller,Fitzsimmons

I have a student who is doing a research paper on the insanity plea. She
has uncovered several cases which she would like to include in her paper,
but she is unable to locate some necessary particulars:Orin Hatch refers
to a case involving murderer,Garrett Trapnell -we need the date of this case
or the date of his murders. Robert E. Miller's case began in 1963, he was
sentenced and released but killed again in 1979 - what happened to him?
George Fitzsimmons case went to trial in 1973 - again he was sentenced,
served time, released  and killed again. What sentencing did he finally
