Office Productivity

Am looking for materials appropriate for an office productivity
course.  Need to address such issues as measuring real
cost benefit, evaluating real output increase versus time,
personnel, error etc. trade offs.  In other words, want to
address identifying the true positive or negative impact of
increased application of technology.
