I tried the prize deal for the homerooms with the fewest overdues but I
found that homerooms who did not read were always winning the prize.
When I required that the homeroom had to have books checked out, they
homeroom paraded in a each took out a book randomly off the shelf and
returned it the next day.... so much for prizes.
