TARGET, SEC: LMS AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

We are an economically and culturally diverse high school
serving about 1800 students in grades 10 to 12.  Our library
staff includes three full time librarians and three
assistants.  We are interested in alternative ways of dividing
areas of reponsibility among the librarians to increase
effectiveness and avoid duplication of effort.  We would
appreciate receiving information from other high school
librarians on how they manage this.  Thanks so much.
