Wives' tales

        I have some students that came into the library hoping to find a
book on wives' tales.  For a speech, they need short but funny wives'
tales that they could share with their classmates.  An example the
students gave me and need something similiar is:

        If you eat the seeds of a watermelon, one will grow inside you.

We need responses as sooon as possible for their presentation is on Monday.
