Performance Standards

I am working on a book for Neal-Schuman on writing performance standards
for library personnel.  I had a few years of experience as a school
media specialist back in the 80's--so I'm not completely ignorant!  --but
I would really appreciate hearing from any of you who have worked on
performance standards for yourself or other media specialists.  Please
