Electronic Bookshelf Help

Hi People
        Can some kind soul help one frustrated librarian?  I have the
electronic bookshelp up and running and have quizzes to enter, other than
the disks.  I have entered the quizzes, saved, activated, etc...but they
are not appearing on the title list for the tests.  It probably has
something to do with title assignment.  I am completely frustrated.  Can
someone walk me through the procedure.  TIA Joan
