The high school I work at is currently looking into the changing from a 8
period day to a 7 period day. I would like to know if there is anyone out
there who is currently working in a library with this type of scheduling
and how block scheduling has affected the library media center. Do students
still have access to the library media center for such things a pleasure
reading, personnal research and time to research class assignments outside
of class? Also, I would be curious to know what the positives and negatives
to this type of scheduling have on the library media center program.
