GEN:Interview Questions

My sister, who is a high school librarian but not an LM_NET subscriber, has
just found out that she will be allowed to sit in on the interviewing for a
new position--a combination high school and elementary media specialist.  It
is being created to allow my sister to do computer technology activities.

Your help is requested to suggest interview questions that she might ask
(not the type asked by administrators).  Any help before Tuesday morning
would be appreciated.  I'm sorry about the lateness of this request, but she
just found out when the interviews were to be and I just got back from a
vacation (it's great to get back on the computer).
