Oprah--Eyewitness Memory

Hi, LM_NETTERS!
        Here's one of those typical grad school project questions.  Did
anyone watch the Oprah show which ended with tips to improve eyewitness
memory?  I'm asking this in regard to a project for a Cognitive Psychology
class in which a group is trying to show the application of principles of
eyewitness memory enhancement to school situations.  Have called re:
transcripts but Burrell's timetable does not correspond with the project
due date.
        Any info would be appreciated.  TIA
