Flexible Scheduling

I just found out that Grades 4-6 will be on a flexible library schedule this
coming year. My question is: Is there an acceptable minimum number of times
that these classes should come to the library during the year?  We work on a
trimester basis, so I need to know how often I should be seeing these
students. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
