SEC: GEN: Job Description Request

Hi!

Does anyone have a general job description for a secondary library
media specialist?  What I really need is an example for the format.  I
know what I want to put in it, but would like a good example of format.
 I have searched the archives, and found lots of discussion on what to
call ourselves and things to include in the job description (mostly
from 1994 & '95), but no completed job descriptions. TIA!
