Tech: Attaching a file using Eudora

Hi,

This is driving me crazy.  I've tried to attach a file.  I go to menu bar
and choose Message, then choose Attach file.  I then choose the file I want
to attach.  This file name then appears in the top of the message next to
Attachments:.  However,  no one I've sent an attached file to, has gotten it.
