Ref: continents for 3/4th grade

3rd and 4th grade teachers at my school would like more books on
continents, and countries.  We lack recent materials on areas like Africe,
South America, and Australia.  Do any of you know of a good book series
that can be purchased or individual titles?  Already have some New True
Books.  Their reading level is not more than 4th grade. I appreciate your
help!
