Gen: Keypal questions

This coming school year we plan to get our 3-8 grades involved in keypal
activities.  After attending a sectional on keypals at a recent conference,
I realize that a successful experience needs some pre-planning.

I would appreciate any suggestions or pitfalls to avoid that you have heard
of or experienced.
