Keyboarding (Elementary)

I'm trying to locate media specialists that are responsible for teaching
keyboarding to elementary students.

Do you have responsibility for someone else teaching or do you have to
teach yourself?

What grade levels? How often? Period length? What program or curriculum?

Any helpful suggestions?
