remaining states for theme summer list

Hello LMNetters!

    I am back again.  Thank you all for the input on the summer
reading list with the state themes.  However, I am still looking for
many states.  I have suggestions for the following states:
     Alaska
     California
     Florida
     Hawaii
     Illinois
     Louisiana
     Nebraska
     New Hampshire
     New Jersey
     New Mexico
     Rhode Island
     South Carolina
     Texas
     Vermont
     West Virginia
     Wisconsin

          If  anyone knows of any books that are set in, or based on
any other states, I would really appreciate hearing from you.  The
reading teacher is so excited with the list I have given her so far.
