To provide library media services, to be a facilitator of information relating
to curriculum, and to be a technology resource person. Physical demands and
essential functions of the job available at Campbell County School District.
Background: This is a newly created second specialist position at a high school
of @ 1500 students grades 10-12. There are also 2 full-time aides. The library
is fully automated including a well equipped video production and editing
studio. Currently, the media specialist teaches video production classes. A
second campus high school with a complete library will be opening in the fall of
1998. (Expected enrollment between the two campuses will be @1800). The new
library will also be fully automated and have video production facilities. Staff
will be split between the two buildings.
