Target:need info on how to use videos with lessons properly

This is my first year in the media center (Ihave been teaching 4th grade in
the past) and my principal has ask me to speak at in-service this fall>
I will be speaking to about 30 teachers on the proper use of videos in the
classroom. (It seems some teachers have been abusing this form of media)
Any suggestions would be very helpful! (I'm not a great public speaker)
