It sounds like it is just a switch on the back of your Jukebox is flipped wrong. On ours, all of them are turned off except for 6 which is on. They are in the back, of the caddy. Another problem could be your SCSI card. We just upgraded ours to a 32 bit which is much faster. Our new one is a Western Digital 32 bit PCI SCSI that really helps our system run faster. It cost $350 but we had a School discount of 200. We also had to purchase a $73 dollar cable. Pioneer says that you should have a Future Domain or Western Digital SCSI for optimal performance.
