LM_NET: Library Media Networking
Dear all--I thought some time ago that the strand came to the mutual
decision that if the message was sent to private e-mail, it was considered
kosher to ask the person first, but if sent to the group it was fair game.
I would be willing to add as others have that if sent to an individual as
part of a TARGET it was fair game unless otherwise cautioned. What do y'all
think? (yes, I'm from CA, but I learned to talk in southern Kansas and we
said y'all).
