TARGET: Parent Libraries?

TIA for any help.  We are trying to write a grant to set up a parent
resource center in our building.  If anyone has such a center set up or
information or booklists of included materials, it would be VERY helpful.
This is about my 8th committee - and one I was not included in originally.
