In honor of National Library Week, Dade County Public Schools, along with the
AASL,
is participating in National Log On Day on 4/16/96.  Our school is not yet
hooked up to the internet, but we would like to be able to show our patrons
(and their parents!) the power of the internet.  PLEASE SEND YOUR GREETINGS
TO VINELAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Miami, Florida, prior to 4/16/96, care of me
(Tri 1 Mama @ aol.com).  I will print them all, and assist our media
specialist in creating an awesome bulletin board display with grettings from
netters from all over the country.

Hopefully, all of your responses will excite enough people to help us turn
people on to the use and possiblities of the internet in school libraries.
