TECH -Eudora question

       Can anybody tell me how to cut and paste into the body of the message
in Eudora?  I tried to send my sister in law the list of WW II books since
she is a history teacher and it would not cut and paste.  Have no problem
cutting and pasting the addresses.  I put my cursor in the body and click on
paste and get nothing.  It will paste into my AOL account but that is a pain
when I want to forward something!TIA
