graduation speeches

Hello!  My director came to me today looking for any resources available which
would help give her some new ideas for graduation speeches she has to give.  We
are a vocational school with 11 member schools, and we speak at all of their
graduation ceremonies each year.  I did a search through lycos and found some
college commencement addresses, but none were really appropriate for high
school.  Any ideas?
