Holocaust Fiction recommendation

I just finished reading _Briar Rose_ by Jane Yolen.  It is a powerfully
moving story which shows the brutality of the Holocaust intertwined with
the tale of sleeping beauty as told by a loving grandmother.  The
narration can be harsh and I would not give it to all students but I
consider it a must have book.  Be sure to read it if you haven't
