We are in the process of constructing our home page.  Next fall we would like
to include an athletic link which would feature our student athlete of the
week.  Does any one have a release form that we could use that would give us
parental permission to include the girl's picture and name?  Is this a good
idea?  We thought this would give our student athletes exposure for college
scholarships.
