Policies (Software)

Hi, our elementary school has received funding for purchasing softare for
our new computers.  I would like to request information on policies used
in other districts.  First of all, I would like input on PURCHASE
policies.  How do teachers give input to the process.  Who purchases the
software.  Do you use a form?

Secondly, does your school have an EVALUATION policy in place? HOw and
when is it used?

Thirdly,  what are schools doing for a STUDENT-USE policy?  Must students
be supervised at all times, in the lab? in the classroom? in the media
center?  How do your schools run the use of computers?
