TARGET: networking cd's and copyrights

I keep reading strands concerning buying cd's to be used on school =
networks. If you all are paying network license prices, how do you =
afford them; if you are not, aren't copyright policies being ignored? =
Talk about being between the proverbial "rock and hard place".  I =
recently bought 6 encyclopedias for 6 stations in our library (even =
though I could have purchased only one and put it in a tower) and was =
laughed at by several.=20
