PINE and Claris Works

Can anyone give me pointers on being able to print email from PINE when
using Claris?

When I previously used Microsoft works (and not PINE), I was able to set
Capture Text and then edit the text when I was off line and print out what
I wanted.  With Claris, I have accumulated 300+ pages which I cannot get
rid of and I am unable to print out the new material.  Frequently it
doesn't even seem to save all of the screens.  Any pointers will be
appreciated.
