ELEM: _Children's Book Review_ magazine?

I need any information on a magazine/journal called "Children's Book
Review". I had purchased a copy at a bookstore this summer and want to
see the fall issue, but cannot locate my copy anywhere to get publisher
info. I've also checked with Border's, Barnes and Noble, encore,
Waldenbooks, Brentano's, and B. Dalton. None carry it ( I wish I could
