I received very few responses about home pages software.  Here they
are
Search Hotdog in the search.com and you will have the software.
Also HTML authoring may have other surprise.

Netscape Gold is wonderful.  Look at my home page and judge

Microsoft's version is free to download from their site.

HOTDOG PRO  You get a 30 day preview.

Adobe just came out with PageMill for windows and it is great!
