LM_NET Service

I would like to be removed from the LM_NET listserv at this time.  I do not
have the time necessary to check the vast amount of mail that is coming in
at all times.  I would like to be placed on the LM_NET Digest instead;
however, I no longer have the instructions as to how to change this
service.  Please respond
at your earliest convenience.
