TARGET/TECH> Leasing Computers

Hey, netters!
I just came from a Technology Committee meeting where a lot of time was spent
bemoaning old computers.  So, we'd like some first hand accounts from any
school who has leased, instead of purchased, computers.  It sounds like a
great way to keep current, but what (if any) are the disadvantages?
