It's looks like that you haven't blown hard enough yet -- go let's get
together for a group effort.

In case you want to check things out for yourself -- try the GUAM web site.
From the main page go to CLIMATE - and at the bottom of Climate -- go to
GUAM WEATHER SERVICE at TIYAN.  You can check weather all over the Western
Pacific from there.  The storm is just sitting out there now, and getting
stronger.
The most absolutely recent update hasn't been put on yet.
