Time-Life has a series of videos about ancient civilizations. It costs about
$100.00.
-------
I love David McCauley's Roman Cities. it was a pbs special to accompany the
books.
--------
I can give a "not" recommendation for a title. The NationalGeographic
ANcient Greece and Rome is essentially a slide show (about 15 min.) on
each topic. There is no searching, just watching. It could be used as an
into to the topic, but not much else.

-----------
The CD Ancient Lands is good, multimedia with sound clips etc. and really
enjoyed by students.
---------------

Time Life's Lost Civilizations-includes Greece, Rome and Mesopotamia
PBS makes a kit called Roman City. You can get just the video or
video and interactive software.
Microsoft CD called Ancient Lands
National Geographics videos-Eqypt: Quest for Eternity; Preserving
Egypt's Past
David Macaulay has videos that go along with his books. I think they
are done by Houghton-Mifflin.
