TECH: Netscape mail

Dear Group,
I use Netscape mail and I am having trouble using the Address Book.  I
put my frequently used addresses in the Address Book, but when I want to
send a message I can't get the Address Book to input the e-mail address.
I click, double click, open a new message and then the Address Book and
visa versa.  Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.  TIA

P.S. I work on a MAC (if that makes a difference) and have Netscape 2.0.
