Working together did the trick -- the typhoon stayed a little south of Guam!!!
The power is coming back on, and should be completely restored in a few
days. The water delivery system to the southern area was damaged. Only a
few schools are still sheltering people. School is expected to be open as
usual after Veteran's Day. Many thanks for the good thoughts.
