GEN: publisher's address needed

Dear Netters,
     Does anyone have the address for a publisher called Multieducator?  The
Mar.-Apr. Book Report had a review about a CD entitled Civil War: America's
Epic Struggle, and the publisher was listed as Multieducator.  Usually they
put address info. at the end of the reviews, but not that issue.
