---------- Forwarded message ----------

This is a forward from one of my sister library students at San Jose
State U. I don't know her personally, but if you are inclined to
participate in her survey, here it is.

Subject: Help

I'm trying to conduct a survey of working librarians and hopefully
include the results in my culminating paper. I sent an earlier posting
to colldv-l list and as far as I could tell it was never relayed to the
list--so I'm posting to this list as a last ditch effort.

I'm interested in finding out from working librarians whether library
related theory is ever discussed, mentioned, or thought about in your
workplace. If the answer is yes, please provide at least one example.
Please include your position and type of institution.

Please a)forward this msg to other librarians; b)respond ASAP, I need the
info no later than Nov 11; c)please respond directly to me at:
agrzeszk@wahoo.sjsu.edu

Thank you,
Anna Grzeszkiewicz

In brief:
1) Is library related theory ever discussed in your workplace?

2) If yes, give at least one example/instance.

3) Type of institution.

4) Your position.

5) Additional comments:

6) Please provide your name and email if you don't mind being quoted.

Thank you
