Cheryl, I agree with your stand. When I first started in the LMC I allowed computer games (floppy/CD-ROM) and it quickly got out of hand. In others words, no one could access the computers to actually do research because the game players always swarmed it. Also discipline problems erupted with bickering, etc. That is when I put games completely off limits even educational games--Carmen Sandiego, etc. The computers are now being used as intended and I would suspect these kind of problems would be tremendous if allowed from the Net.
