Hi , This is so strange because right now I have a full blown case of it. I have warned my library volenteers to be especially carefull when lifting Facts on File Editorials on File. These are extremely heavy. I try to lift large tomes with my other hand. I also bowl and that does not help the situation. My doctor has told me to wear this brace under my elbow for 3 weeks and I am on meds. The head of the P.E. department told me it takes a long time to heal. Good luck to your wife. Who ever said library science was for whimps. Opening up boxes and picking up boxes of new books doesn't help either.
