> Frank,

A year ago I had significant pain in my elbows. My doctor told me that I
had pitcher's elbow (PE), as distinct from tennis elbow (TE). Pitchers
elbow is felt on the inside of your elbow, in the crease where your arm
bends. Tennis elbow is felt almost opposite from PE on the back and
outside of your elbow joint. You doubtlessly know all this , just trying
to be clear.
I was advised to lower my keyboard to an underdesk drawer, buy an ergonomic
(split) keyboard (Adesso for Macs, Microsoft for dos), take 1200mgs
motrin/day, do 6 weeks of physical therapy visits and carry out an exercise
program. The outcome is that I no longer feel pain at all. I believe the
keyboard and it's placement is the key to avoiding a recurrance. I'm 50
and spend many out of school hours working on a keyboard.
