Tennis Elbow

Hello from Utah!

Frank, I have been experiencing pain in only one of my elbows and
would appreciate it if you could either forward any information you
find or if you would post a HIT when you get some answers.

The pain is quite severe at times, but I haven't had the courage to
go to the doctor yet.  I have visions of a cortezone shot which I
know is very painful.

I have also heard of 'Librarian's Thumb' that obviously deals with
thumbs because of the way we grab and hold books everyday.

Let me know what you find.
