Purchasing CD Rom's through the 'Net

Has anyone purchaseed CD-Rom's through the Internet?

 I have found several sites that sell CD's.  One site will even comparison
shop for you and give you three or four sites that carry your title with the
different prices listed!

 I am curious to see if anyone has used any of these services.  How reliable
are they?  Do you really get bargains?

What is your favorite CD-Rom discount jobber?  It seems to be the bargains
are found through mail order?
